Safi has extensive experience in the financial services. He has an extended record of accomplishments for over than 20 years in Corporate and Consumer Finance. Almujahed joined the Leasing Companies in year 2004, he took on a number of prominent roles and managerial responsibilities at ORIX, including: Head of Business Control Department , Head of Human rescores , Head of Admin, and Head of Special Assets Management. Almujahed has held numerous positions such as the Executive Committee Member at Saudi Pakistani Business Council, and a board member. He is also the First Chairman of the Finance Lease Committee from 2017 (SAMA). Almujahed holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law, has participated in many local and international events, conferences, workshops, and round-table discussions on Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Finance Management.

Nauman Khalid is a senior finance professional FCA, with over 25 years of experience in diversified fields like automotive (retail, import, distribution, and leasing), manufacturing, real estate (civil and modular, development and rental) and hospitality (affordable accommodation and facility management) etc. He is skilled and has proven demonstrated abilities in capital and debt arrangement and restructuring, budgeting (strategic, operational, and rolling forecasts), financial and internal controls (policy review, development, and implementation), ERP and RPA implementations, and data modeling and business analytics implementation. He has led organizations in developing financial strategies, deriving profit maximization, and ensuring corporate governance. He has been working in GCC for over 12 years in different senior capacities and is a regular participant of audit committees, has also worked in advising capacities to boards of large family groups and listed company.

Completed four years of stipulated training period (Year 1997:2001) from A.F. Ferguson & Co., Lahore (a member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers). During association with the aforementioned firm, planned and executed various statutory audits, and special assignments. With meticulous attention to detail and sheer commitment towards work, he is striving to build a better working world. Faisal is one of the founding members of UHF an audit and consultancy firm in Lahore, Pakistan. UHF has a staff strength of over 150 people. Faisal leads audit, IT consultancy and CFO services side of the practice and has experience of over 25 years in diversified fields.

Soon after, his entrepreneurial ethos pushed him to start his own firm. Since then, he is on his journey to success. Furthermore, he is a nature lover and a true mentor. Uzair is also one of the founding members of UHF and audit and consultancy firm in Lahore, Pakistan. He has over 25 years of diversified experience in different industries. He leads, taxation, corporate services, risk advisory and corporate governance services side of the the firm.
